Some really great people, but a madhouse

Pros

Great people personality wise but organization and training is all over the place. Good pay for what the job asks of you. Politics on the high side. Supervision could be better, as some treat their area like little fiefdoms and no one does a thing regardless of ridiculous behavior like multi-hour breaks, refusal (w/lame excuses) to pitch in when their slammed otherwise and the person, not AT ALL.

See above. I just wish they were more organized, easy job but no one knows what’s going on with a LOT of stuff. Lots of medical environments are “crazy” so these are all “graded in a curve” statements.really out there.
