      Pros

      This is the ideal place if you want to get free experience in phlebotomy and save on "Sally Mae", but take youe exam and get certified because you're only a phleb here if not.

      Cons

      Pay needs to be better, more training needed (longer), don't expect to have a social life because you will be there all day

      Pros

      I have learned a level of humility there that I'm not sure you can get anywhere else. The donors were, for the most part, friendly.

      Cons

      Management is out of touch with its employees. All they know and see are the numbers. My fellow coworkers were constantly talking behind each others backs. At times I thought that I was back in high school. Management constantly promoted under qualified employees that had little to management skills. The worst part, was that often they promoted people that were enthralled in the drama that surrounded the center and gave us a negative ora.
