Pros
The benefits were okay. The review process was good so you know where you stand. The training was helpful. They value diversity and the people who work there can be really fun.
Cons
Working with donors can get very monotonous. There is very little appreciation. There aren't any safety measures taken and the parking lot can be uncomfortable. There is a lot of pressure to push production. Donors can be inappropriate and there weren't really any repurcussions for them. The hours were pretty hard for some people. There were a lot of call ins because the attendance policy was a joke.
