Below average compensation in comparison to other pharma companies in the area, can't accrue PTO in Nov and Dec for some reason, MA's are expected to initiate deviations, update schedules, issue batch records and other things that aren't typically in the scope of a manufacturing associates responsibilities. having to put in for PTO time weeks in advance for approval, no advancement.
