Pros

Great to work in a science-driven environment that provides superior vaccines to people globally to save and protect lives every year

Cons

High and frequent turnover, extremely barebones and limited resources, long hours, and crippling "workstreams"/beauracracy/endless meetings without clear structure and leadership. Lack of innovation, willingness to improve, self-awareness with far too many opinons and need for accomodation

Pros

Great vision and desire to help patients. Genuine people. A sprinkling of incredibly clever people. CEO really taking stock of the future and adapting the organisation accordingly.

Cons

Alot of siloes. Poor processes. Poor middle management / leadership. Poor performance management. Too much emphasis on people who have been around for a long time and can't see how it the company is changing. Poor appreciation of the talents & experience of all other parts of the CSL family (ie other than CSL-Behring). Difficult to feel valued if you came from elsewhere.
