      - Great work culture in terms of social activities at lunch time. - Make an effort to give back to the community. - Nice office location. - Fair work/life balance.

      Cons

      - Started to develop a boys club culture just prior to my departure. - I felt my salary was below market value for my position.

      good salary, not micro managed,

      Terrible leadership at all levels, from CEO to exec directors. No idea how to do business, they are a manufacturing company pretending to be global pharma. Vifor and Behring merger going terribly wrong. An overkill of town halls and Q&A sessions without having information to share and getting defensive when avoiding questions. Nothing in the pipeline.
