      Pros

      - Some employees who are very knowledgable about their particular specialist areas - parking - need to get to 20 word minimum and struggling

      Cons

      - poor middle/upper management and absolutely no leadership - outdated technology in every corner - no staff learning and development initiatives - silo upon silo - project management often disastrous

      Salary is not bad but is more to attract people .

      Cons

      From start to end absolute garbage. Manager very poor and threatened by talent, poor communication , either processes do not exist or it is not communicated , no clear direction. Absolute chaos, I have never come across such bad management style ever before .
