      Pros

      Decent place to gain experience. The job itself is not difficult by any means.

      Cons

      The job becomes very stressful due to disrespectful donors and management tends to side by the donors 85% of the time even if they are in the wrong. If you are a hard worker the others tend to slack.

      Well the employees are nice, the people are generally chill, benefits are decent. There is a lot of room for opportunity and growth.

      Cons

      Donors can be annoying, the business model is to underpay employees which results in high turnonver rates and low moral at times.
