Pros

Growing very rapidly, which is a great sign of longevity. Culture is amazing and work life balance is great. Upper management truly cares about all of the employees and makes an effort to get to know you.

Cons

Limited to flu vaccine portfolio only (currently) with immense competitive pressures and declining immunization rates.
