- CEO makes erratic commands to her senior management with no afterthought how it affects departments at time - Favouritism and nepotism is clear in amongst management, the closer you get to the top the more you fighting to be her new favorite and stay in her good graces, if not prepare to be given the cold shoulder or just be fired if you don't agree with her. - Decisions in relation to employee's staying or going during probation can be based on a mere whim or feeling rather than performance -Has tried to cut corners in terms of lay off compensation - No real employee benefits beyond the odd occasional party which you are served Oreo's and juice on repeat -Completely reduced China operations to smithereens -No opportunity for growth
