I absolutely loved working at COT. They have an amazing mentorship program and everyone is so welcoming. If I wasn't moving out of state, I would continue to work here. I am SO sad to leave. Would highly recommend!

Cons

The rooms were smaller so with so many children in each room at times it was a loud work environment.

CST Academy empowers therapist growth especially in areas of passion and expertise. Expect to work hard while feeling supported by management and your fellow team members. The company culture is incredible. There are various opportunities for in-clinic and out of office collaboration, team building, and socials. This is a multidisciplinary company that’s committed to the children and their families. You get what you put into this job. You will work hard, but it’s worth it. I am moving out of state otherwise I would have worked here forever.
