Pros
CST Academy is an amazing speech and language-based preschool and kindergarten program. I work as an occupational therapist and often see kiddos who attend CST Academy for 1-on-1 sessions, either push-in or pull-out. This is a great place to work and to grow your knowledge through collaboration with speech therapists, teachers, other OTs, physical therapists, you name it. Compensation is good and the company provides paid holidays. Great work-life balance and enriching environment. Positive and supportive. Good management with strong communication.
Cons
Sometimes you might have two sessions going on in one room due to limited space, but the company just expanded by leasing another space in the same office building, so this has improved.
