      Competitive pay package for the market Friendly management in Technology Fortune 500 experience Relevant experience for career Overall good people to work around

      Cons

      New regime with a specific focus to make Wall Street happy. Short term biased view which has driven a significant amount of talent out the door - will be interesting to see who is left after his tenure is over. Some teams are working 12-16 hours a day for weeks on end, thankless job.

      If you know the right senior managers you can move up in the company.

      Cons

      Regardless of your performance, if you are not in with the correct senior managers, you stand no chance of moving up in the organization. Cronyism at its finest. Seems that recent event are fixing some of that now.
