Pros
Great Pay, top of the line health benefits, (Dental, Vision, & Health), and great flexibility at what you want to specifically want to do. Although it’s based on seniority, you can go to any place throughout the Roadway department in any state, as long as you have seniority. It really pays off in the long run. 4 day work week.
Cons
Traveling. It’s not for the weak, or people who are really close to family. The company will strike down on you if you do something wrong, but I believe it’s from the fear of lawsuits. Also everything changes on the fly, you never know when a schedule will change or if you’ll be leaving to go home on thursdays on time.
