      Opportunity to learn how commodities move through out the world.

      It's challenging moving around in the company, they rarely hire from within. More diversity is needed.

      Pros

      Some of the people are good to work with. Get to see trains everyday. Management is ok to work with.

      Cons

      New CEO is cutting a lot of jobs for profit. No contract for 6 months. Moral is very low.

      Great benefits, probably the best you'll find. Welcomed changes to vacation structure.

      Cons

      Good ole boy mentality, favoritism runs rampant. Great disconnect between what happens in the field and at HQ, weaknesses in internal communications. Annual pay increases should be earned and not expected.
