Pros
In general, the company took care of the employees. They paid well, good bonuses when the company was doing well and decent benefits. Most of this will likely remain with the new management team.
Cons
EHH has a history of paying well but working people very hard. He also cuts people that he doesn't think is needed. Lots of senior people are now gone and a lot of knowledge too. This will cause challenges as well as opportunity to those willing to fight for it.
