- Pay isn't as great when you look at cities with similar cost of living. - The demand long hours, and vacation time is slow to accrue. - They value people who have worked in the field the highest, even if they don't know how to manage people. - They say they like diversity, but it depends. If you are female or African American, then they will do their best to make you feel welcome. If you are Indian or Asian, you should probably look for another company (and another city).

The executive leadership level band 7 and above are not diverse enough to effect culture change within the rank and file
