Pros
If you make it to retirement, Csx has a good retirement plan.
Cons
Built up expectation only for a let down (don’t make as much money as they say you will!) , crew callers are so rude and inconsiderate (clearly from lack of training), crew callers call for job even though you aren’t on that job (felt like I constantly had to play the game), management is trained to fire you, Cleveland is a young terminal so seniority will not grow for a lot of years - so good luck not being laid off! My advice is don’t waste your time and find a company that cares about its employees.
