      Competitive pay package for the market Friendly management in Technology Fortune 500 experience Relevant experience for career Overall good people to work around

      Cons

      New regime with a specific focus to make Wall Street happy. Short term biased view which has driven a significant amount of talent out the door - will be interesting to see who is left after his tenure is over. Some teams are working 12-16 hours a day for weeks on end, thankless job.

      No Pros to working here at the moment.

      Cons

      CEO operates like a dictator. Everyone is fearful to voice their opinions and leadership is constantly looking for internal groups to blame for every issue. Work/life balance does not exist as 12 hour days and working through you vacation time have become expected. Most groups are down to 50-60% of their staff, or worse, compared to 2016.
