      Good money but want get to get the chance to get to the decent salary with the constant cuts

      Cons

      No job security hire you just to furlough you corporate take over typical want more for less just to cut jobs and push people out. Which trickles down to the seniority system where you work the extra board base on openings due to vacations and call outs. Employees getting run down and effects the next person and management will write you up. Simply put company going through changes to trim cost and continue to go through changes.
