Pros
Pay is good when working, very enjoyable job to have and not the exact same every time out. When hired a school is required to teach the basics.....very good course.
Cons
Upper management talks a good game on we care about our employees, but the fire breathing dragon rears it's head regularly to layoff hundreds at a time before Xmas every year till mid to late spring. The huge unspoken word of the company is LOYALTY....almost a sin to mention.
