Business Outlook
Pros
Pay is very good. Benefits are good. Work week can be long, weekends included. Holiday too, especially if you support a location that works 24/7. Generally given what is needed to complete the job, but this is changing. Company is going through a draw down.
Cons
Company leads from Jacksonville. Doesn't understand what is going on in the field. Customers can be brutal, no accountability. Communication is terrible. Morale is very low since the cuts have started. People do not know if they will have a job. Very difficult to move up, or move to a different location. Management has no interest in your career, want you to stay where you are so they do not have to do anything.
