Great people to work with at ground level.

Cons

Incompetent upper management tried to force thru major operational changes after eliminating nearly every mid level manager. Imagine the chaos that created. CEO and his cronies then decided to blame the front line managers (even to the point of pulling days off and scheduled vacations).
