      16 years of enjoyment as a data processing clerk, crew dispatcher. Engineers and conductors were fun to work with.

      Pros

      Very DIVERSE career experience, never dull, challenging. Retirement plans awesome. Benefits good. Especially dental and eye. Training is good most of the time.

      Cons

      Management turn over in some areas is ridiculous. Management/supervision out for blood! Benefits decrease, premiums increase, union dues increase, pay good but going down as cost goes up. Unions are not doing their jobs.

      Zero education required. Good pay. Good Benefits. A retirement goal that can't be found anywhere else.

      Cons

      Zero education required...that extends to management also. Pay is good...not great. First 5 years are the hardest.
