      Hard work for the pay, don't look for a pat on the back

      Pros

      pay is good if you don't mind working outside in all weather, benefits are very good and union membership is available.

      Cons

      work in harsh weather, seniority based so salary and jobs available will not be that great starting out, not a feel good company, the harsh work environment is par for the course

      Pros

      Overall, I enjoy the work and the company of my team. The people are friendly and the industry is only going to grow.

      Cons

      There is a large generation gap that exists between new hires and the veterans. Although this often sold to new hires as a fast track, it may not necessarily be.

      Pros

      Top level managers were extremely inviting; the CEO even regularly lunches with employees in the cafe. In addition, there's numerous groups (young professionals etc.) to get involved with which assists with networking.

      Cons

      Not challenging at times because work given does not fluctuate.
