- Yes, the company is not huge. So if you need some perks that come with a large organization I guess you're out of luck. Benefits are very good for a smaller organization - there's no onsite day care or pool tables like google obviously. But opportunities to prove yourself, grow / advance with the company plus be part of the culture outweighed those for me. Plus you can actually get to know everyone's name.
- Even if you are not in sales, sometimes there is pressure to sell (can't really blame them for that, they're growing and getting the name out)
- You must act like a professional. This is only a con if you don't know how to do that...I've seen a few folks who need a lot of hand holding. This is not the job for you if that's the case. Being a smaller organization, there is no "owners manual" on how to conduct yourself. If you make a mistake, the team will help you and management but it's on you to own up to it and work hard to fix it. No month-long orientation or boot camp, but common sense is easy to come by
- A couple of the reviews on here are really bad - I wouldn't put much trust in those. Obviously there will always be disgruntled employees, so I would take those with a grain of salt. Clearly the company is doing something well. Just go for an interview or pick up the phone and call someone who works there - I bet you'll likely be able to tell which reviews are more in line after the first 5 minutes of the chat...
