Great Workplace with Invested Leadership

Pros

Very invested leadership team that will back your personal development. Great opportunities for growth. Compassionate workforce creates great company culture. Fantastic office and location.

Cons

This is not a place for people who aren't self-motivated. Clear directions are not always given and you have to hold yourself accountable for the next best steps for the company in order to succeed. Religious diversity is welcomed here but if you are not comfortable with religion in the workplace, you will not like the culture.

Pros

Staff is young, energetic, and driven. Great working environment. President brings in lots of treats for the staff. The work is interesting and engaging. Great, friendly co-workers. The staff is happy and excited to come to work every day.

Cons

Several key contractors are either sub-contracted, or work remotely. This can cause a bit of a roadblock when trying to arrange work schedules. There is a heavy slant towards Christianity in the core of the business. This isn't necessarily bad, but you should be aware that the core values of the company include many bible quotes.
