Pros

Collaborative and friendly environment, where I get to discuss strategies, process, and best solutions with colleagues, who are always ready to help. I also get access to lots of training resources, and we even have our own learning platform!

Cons

Living in Spain I get to work during the evening and night, even though I got used to it with time.

Pros

I have been working more than six months now in CT as a remote employee. in this six month I have gain so much knowledge from the mates I am working with. Coalition is not a office to me, it's now becoming a family to me. We are always connected with each other and share knowledge always. The best part of the CT, everything is transparent here. We know what we have and what we should do to improve our-self. This is a great turning point of my career to be a part of CT.

Cons

Everything is fair here. We always get reward for the good things we have done. And if anything goes wrong, there's no shame or fear for sharing because everyone is so friendly here even the management. I love the feedback system here.
