      Pros

      CT has some of the best and fastest opportunities for growth I have seen. Work loads are super manageable, and support systems are receptive and responsive.

      Cons

      You have to give at least 2 weeks notice to work a flexible schedule for a day. It would be nice to keep that policy only for paid time off/vacation days.

      Wow! Thanks so much for the great feedback. As a quick note- we do allow for flex scheduling inside of 2 weeks notice, but that is handled on a case by case basis with team leads.

      Pros

      This is one of the best company that I've ever worked with. There are a lot of prons but the best I loved working here are :- 1. Company provide you health insuance 2. Pays are great. 3. The best thing that I loved here is the help that we get from our team leads . 4. System Upgradation reimbursement 5. Gym reimbursement 6. Coalition has the great vision.

      Frankly, I'm working here from almost 1.5 year but didn't found any yet.

      Pros

      Productive and Fun workplace, fully remote, inclusive, respectful colleagues, all colleagues are willing to help. The task is challenging and allows you to harness your full potential. Overall it has really been a smooth ride for me. When I started out I had minimal experience with SEO but I have come so far in 11 months, and I am becoming confident in the field. CT helped me have a smooth transition from my previous job into the SEO world. Everyone I met was so nice and willing to help that at first, I thought it was too good to be true. I have enjoyed working here so far, and I am looking forward to more years with them ahead. Gym reimbursement, Health reimbursement, and Paid time off, can make your work hours flexible

      Challenging tasks, but they can be done if you're ready to apply yourself and your skills
