      -Training within the digital marketing industry -Great people on every team who are really intelligent -Fully remote (can work from anywhere you have an office space) -Lots of exposure to other businesses -Great place to start your career in digital marketing

      -Low pay compared to other opportunities within the industry -Timedoctor -High turnover -Clients can be rude (applicable to any agency, not just CT) -Management at times seemed to place blame -Micromanagement

      Pros

      I’m really enjoying working for coalition Technologies. It’s a company that you can learn and grow everyday. In just a few months I learned a lot of new things, and if you need any help the team is awesome and ready to help. They recognize the employees’s efforts and compensate for that. And this is not something that it’s just spoken, you actually see that amongst your coworkers. You get benefits like profit sharing, health, gym, and learning reimbursements, and my favorite thing so far - career development goals.

      Pros

      I am just loving my Job while working for Coalition. Everyone here so helping and I really like the way company is managing teams and clients. Amazing culture and really a great opportunity for growth. Also I like the structure of a company like everything is scheduled, managed well everyone know their task duties and we have ST, Basecamp, Google Chat and I love Monday Meetings. One more thing I like the way company set KPIs so if anyone wants increment he/she just need to complete KPI which is doable.

      Cons

      I really dont see anything so far that I would include as a con but yes everything needs improvement so it would be great IF we see some improvements in Rumy Lessons or team could get some more benefits like Easy Health insurance plans, or Learning Reimbursement plans as current plans can be make a bit more easy to avail.
