One of the biggest things I like about working for Coalition is the space they give you to try out new ideas, contribute to their always evolving systems, and grow in your position. They listen to their employees' suggestions and keep their processes dynamic to stay on top of an ever-changing industry. I also really enjoy working with the team. Everyone is friendly, helpful, and happy to collaborate. They've done a fantastic job of hiring talented, interesting people.

I worked at Coalition a bit under a year. Everyone at Coalition is extremely understanding, and the most accommodating to the ups and downs in life. I was hired as a full time employee at the Culver City office and was doing that for about 4 months. The lengthy car ride took a toll on my car and they happily let me transition to remote work for my remaining 4 months. I also had the opportunity to work with some pretty big brands in the US.

Cons

The clock-in system can become a bit irritating (only when it *occasionally* hiccups), but it's a very small price to pay for the amazing management, company values, and working with some top tier brands.
