Pros

The company offers the basic benefits and structure that many other companies in the industry provide. There are also some genuinely good and talented people who work there, and collaboration with certain teammates can be a positive experience.

Cons

The work environment felt overly restrictive due to heavy monitoring tools like Time Doctor, which track time, keyboard activity, and mouse movement. Even stepping away briefly or forgetting to stop the timer for something like answering a phone call could trigger follow-up emails. This level of monitoring created a stressful atmosphere rather than a productive one. The overall culture can feel rigid, and it may be difficult for employees to openly share concerns or feedback. Compensation growth is also limited. Pay raises tend to be minimal, and even small increases sometimes feel like they are treated as major concessions rather than normal career progression. Over time, this combination can make the workplace feel more focused on control than on supporting employees and their professional development.

Pros

The salary is paid on time.

Cons

Time doctor is just an uncomfortable experience to work with. The team leads and management give off a fake sense of “ we care about you”, but if something is wrong, they drop you so quickly. The workload is extremely inconsistent

I doubt this is a genuine review. Two reasons: 1. We don't "drop" team members quickly. We have a very structured process of identifying what's wrong, coaching through it, and if it comes to it, finally parting ways. We invest a lot in our teams, and we want to make sure that we've exhausted the opportunity for a team member to improve before we let them go. 2. The workload is not inconsistent. The web design and dev team has been growing by 30% to 40% year over year. We're almost always hiring for the roles within that department.
