Great Company Culture and Great Management

Coalition Technologies has provided me with the best work experience I’ve had so far. The recruiting process is detailed. They want to be sure they find the best employees possible, which is why I was ecstatic to receive a job offer. I was able to breathe a sigh of relief even before day one. The onboarding process was seamless. I was greeted with friendly messages from my fellow remote teammates and felt truly happy working at my desk. The company culture at Coalition is very healthy. The CEO and President both value a healthy work/life balance as shown through the generous benefits and PTO package. Communication and feedback is wholeheartedly encouraged. I once emailed our President with a question and he was more than happy to help. The weekly meetings keep everyone in the loop and I have no problem reaching out to my team through our instant chat. Overall, it has been a very positive experience. I can see a bright future for my career here!
