Pros
- Managers don’t like to recognize the work that you do/ have done - When you have a complaint, especially if it’s about another worker, they laugh in your face - Management has a habit of speaking down to you - They allow harassment from other employees to go on for way too long and honestly do not care if someone is making you uncomfortable - They do not like to see you happy and smiling at work - They will use any excuse as to why your not working good just so they can split your team up - They will say that your not needed but then get upset if you put your 2 weeks notice in - They need to do better background checks
Cons
- A good majority of the workers are nice - You can make some great relationships working there - It can be a chill environment if no one is harassing you which is very unlikely unfortunately - Can be a good first job because it helps you to understand how people are and how you can be taken advantage of by corporations - The pay was good for a 19 year old with not too much bills
