Pros

I wish there were pros to working here. Maybe you find a nice co-worker. I know at least the people I worked with valued my ethics and skills. I've had co-workers offer to be my verbal abuse punching bag (obviously didn't do that), but it should give you an idea of what kind of culture people think is ok.

Cons

They will keep you as a temp worker as long as they can. They will only pay 1 dollar above minimum wage. They will cut your team to the barest minimum and work you till you collapse (saw it happen and experienced it) if you let them. During my first week, they told us overtime was mandatory or we could leave. They bully and verbally abuse each other. Their dress code restricting head coverings is racist and a violation of religious freedoms. Making people sign a document stating they could be fired/face consequences for not complying is bad look y'all. They didn't provide boxcutters for over 6 months. When they did, they gave us a lecture about not bringing our own. I left when the safety issues were untenable. There was only 1 forklift, and they told my team we didn't get to use it. Instead, I was made to lift and drop 4' by 4' dense plastic Gaylords from stacks of Gaylords. I quit about 2 weeks later because I didn't want to break my fingers lifting and dropping something that is clearly meant to be lifted by a machine when stacked/folded.

Pros

Great money if you are willing to sell yourself. Don't think they will not fire you once they are done with you.

Cons

If you are not in the favorite click you will get no support. If you are a female be especially careful they promote people that will harass you. If you are not a favorite or give in they will follow every detail of the rules. If you give them benefits you get away with everything. They isolate the leadership that actually know what they are doing and care for their employees,. I don't know why Apple does business with them at the Jeffersonville Indiana location. Here I thought California was a advanced states but they partner with a company that condones sexual harassment and does not advance minorities.
