Pros

Overall, family oriented company, nice people, but became greedier over time. I started as a temp for five months, but was hired only because I found work elsewhere. When hired permanently I rose within two years as a top level technician on my own talent and effort.

Cons

As time went on I personally discovered problems with lower level management, so I was in the HR office from time to time. I was treated fairly by HR, because many of my problems were with me. However, over time it became increasing difficult to deal with certain section heads and supervisors. The way management treated employees at times was repugnant. Not all, but some section heads threaten disciplinary to get things done on a regular basis. If you were friends with management or family you had an easier time.

Pros

A good company, good benefits. I like it here. Expectations are reasonable. They also have a nice incentive program.

Cons

Like a lot of large companies changes in policies and procedures don't always make sense. Work load can fluctuate due to the nature of the business.
