At ctdi, you will find a Friendly working environment. Competive salaries in both degrees and non-degrees positions. The facility is clinic controlled year round.

Cons

Some of the challenges of working for CTDI are simple but strick. Timeliness is a major factor in employment with the company. As long as time off is requested in a timely manner, normally they are honored. Sometimes the need arises to work mandatory hours to make up for production time loss due to weather or holidays.

Cons

Have to hit the ground running, with inadequate training. If you're not able to handle monkey-see, monkey-do, you,re gonna struggle at first. Pack your lunch.Leave your cell phone in the car. Bring your A game. Forget about promotions, atta-boys, and socializing with intelligent co-workers.

Pros

There are none. They can nothing about their employees or their wellbeing mentally or physically. It is a toxic chaotic environment. Leadership is deplorable to put it mildly. No communication but an abundance of misinformation laziness and favoritism.They under pay their employees and the insurance is higher than most but less coverage. I understand it’s a job but treating ppl humanly with respect shouldn’t be optional. It’s a revolving door for temp workers. There’s metal detectors and chain fencing everywhere like a prison. Please avoid at all costs

EVERYTHING! The leadership, the pay, the benefits environment,communication, informed decision making ridiculous blatant favoritism. Chaotic and unstructured. Overall a very toxic draining crazy work environment.
