A great company to work for. The work is challenging and there is no shortage of repairs. Manage tried to encourage and help their employees. If you want to be challenged you found your new home.

Cons

Pay is on the lower scale Family owned, so they run it how they want. Corporate is pretty much the family that owns it and so is HR. No yearly raises/ reviews
