Repetitive motion and a company culture that is anti-worker, only five sick days a year, and mandatory over time.

Pros

Nothing specific, like it's just okay! It is suited for a young individual who wants to add some experience to their resume. - Workforce is very diverse. - easy to get a job. - Insurance - Paid time off - 401k - No HS diploma or GED is required.

Cons

- There is a sense of discrimination between "Employees" (IT and management folks) and "Staff" (Technicians/ operators and warehouse workers). - Payout is horrible and most of the employees (read it as "STAFFS") have 2 jobs to support themselves. -Parking and traffic management is horrible at the 701 Lakeside building with just 1 restroom for over 250 Staffs. - Some of the managers and supervisors are into micromanaging their team.
