Have been in business for over 42,yers

Cons

No respect at all from upper management. Do not value the employees that are working for them including supervisors on down to the associates.

Pros

Benefits are good, 401k, health, and incentive programs if available

Cons

Pay is not what it should be and company leadership is not great. Not very focused on the human aspect and their employees despite bragging that they very much are. Constant high pressure and just push harder all the time with extremely terrible margins. Customers seem to run the business

Pros

Tuition reimbursements and the insurance.... that's it.

Cons

They have no way of organizing management. Section heads make more money and have more influence than supervisors (that are higher in rank). There are also multiple supervisors for one location, therefore there are issues with who is in charge of whom.
