      Pros

      Competitive salary for management. They don't terminate you easily after you're hired.

      Cons

      Communication is almost non-existent. Can take a long time to hire you permanently. I worked in worse places, but not too many. They let you do the manager's work with all of the responsibility, but if you don't have a bachelor's degree they won't give you the job (salary, title). Even after you prove that you can do it.

      1st shift hours were pretty good.

      Cons

      By far the worst company I ever worked for. They are wanna be slave drivers. Management does not respect or care about the Repair Technicians. They just want the numbers even if it means cheating the system and falsifying orders just to get paid. Yes, that means billing Spectrum for work that wasn't performed just to get their 30 boxes a day quota. Team work is nonexistant due to the culture they brewed by putting full pressure on individuals not meeting the quota. This method created backstabbers and sabotage. I've seen with my own eyes a tech sabotage another's box just because his count was higher. They say they promote from within but they just hired a manager and supervisor from outside the company. This company is the worst.

      There are many different activities and departments with which to interact. Most people are very friendly and willing to lend a hand.

      Cons

      There are not too many cons for this company. They are not perfect, but then again, who is?
