Pros

The best part is getting paid weekly. I have been sitting here trying to think of more pros and unfortunately I am unable to do so.

Cons

Challenges start day 1. HR will give you about a 30 minute run through of benefits and an outdated copy of an employee handbook because the company has at this time been working on an updated version for about one year now. You will be placed in your role with a brief explanation of your area and expected to begin with no other training. There are no policies or standards except when visitors are coming. There is no support from HR. The hourly workers morale is gone beyond repair and reflects in the work produced. Schedules change with no notice or consideration. Promotions are handed out just to fill spots. Managers have no trust in supervisors yet they fail to coach, motivate, and train them which in turn leads them down a path of failure. Lack of chain of command.

We have an exciting, high-volume, and fast-paced production environment which we try to balance with structure and training for all employees. We agree it is important to provide support and training within our operations and we are continually striving to do that well.

Pros

I was a electronic technician for CTDI and I brought new ideas to fix cable boxes to give and make more business for CTDI and I love the job alot and I was one of the top technicians fixed units per hour.

Cons

The downside at CTDI is when the business is slow they will laid you off and they will not rehire you, even though the business is picking up again. They rather to hire someone else. I am still searching jobs and I hope I won't be homeless what CTDI did to me.
