Pros

A good company, good benefits. I like it here. Expectations are reasonable. They also have a nice incentive program.

Cons

Like a lot of large companies changes in policies and procedures don't always make sense. Work load can fluctuate due to the nature of the business.

I have been working at CTDI nearly 2 years and have enjoyed it immensely. The company is stable and well run and is one that truly cares about their employees and where the work/life balance is taken seriously.

Cons

None that i can think of.

Pros

40 hours every week, chance to achieve bonuses by completing production objectives month by month.

Cons

Mandatory overtime, high turnover rate for temporary employees when they don't meet production goals. Would take a very long time to get hired on.
