Pros

Some of the people that worked there were professionals.

Cons

I have been repeatedly treated differently than others in my department. If i have anything happen that makes me work from home, I am put under a microscope and am interrogated about why I'm not in the office. When I'm in the office, I'm barely spoken to. It makes no sense other than some emotional reaction to me personally. There are other people in the office who show up whenever they want to and they aren't getting pulled into a conference room. Information has been kept from me and then I've been expected to know it. I've been directed to have in-person meetings with someone in a different building and then that person (organizer) was working from home. It's known throughout the organization that there is no training--you have to fight them to help them. It's crazy. I've never seen anything like it. My mental health is definitely being affected... I need to leave this place.

Pros

Decent pay rate but that’s about it

Cons

I worked here on 2nd shift and I can confidently say that this is one of the most inefficiently ran warehouses that I’ve worked at. If they ask you to load the trucks then tell them no, you will be expected to do the job of 2-3 men(scan high volume of boxes, separate FedEx & UPS bc they go in 2 separate trucks, load both trucks all while boxes are constantly coming down the line, conveyor will get jammed/malfunction constantly (there’s no maintenance on 2nd shift) but they will leave you to handle this all by yourself. They will question your work ethic if your aren’t able to quickly complete all these tasks which require you to be in multiple places at once. Management doesn’t take employee feedback at all. I’ve experienced leads walking out mid shift because of this. Also there is an extremely rude supervisor on 2nd shift who’s an old lady named Stephanie, who constantly talks down to people like they are children. There’s been multiple complaints about her to HR but nothing was done. She once grabbed a Hispanic woman (who may not have even understood her English) by her arm and forced her to clock out early all because she lined up at the clock a couple minutes before the end of the shift which everyone does. This caused her to get a point. She also told an employee to remove his head covering which represented his religion, meanwhile other employees were allowed to wear theirs.

Pros

If you like working in a archaic environment than this is the perfect place for you. No benefits stuck doing jobs you never signed up for. And if you are a temporary employee they will never hire you.

Cons

You will regret even waking up for the amount of work and little pay and fake family environment. Was a great company till the owner passed and his children took over.
