Extremely remedial work, nepotism, favoritism, and no room for upward growth if they don't like you as person, regardless how hard you work. Management is a nightmare. Extremely inconsistent work and work-flow and everyone feels like the higher-ups don't fully know what they're doing. Some people have been there for years and don't ever move up regardless of their experience of qualifications. Also production randomly shuts down at the drop of a hat so sometimes there's no guarantee you'll get a consistent pay check every week.

Managers hire people when there is not enough work available for those already employed. Hence, the new hires (who left stable jobs to join CTDI) are let go after only a month on the job.
