They’ll buy you pizza and waste money on valentine decor

Cons

Regardless of work ethic, production, or quality of work, raises are NOT provided at all unless you have a college degree or know the owners. No room for growth although they paint the picture as if there is. Company refuses to train current employees for technicals skills and rather hires out new.

I can't think of one thing good about this place which would make it stand out from anyplace else.

Cons

- management can never decide on a routine. Everyday is more changes. - management years employees on a condescending manner. E.g. they stand around talking all day but if they see an employee sharing a few words with a nearby associate the employee will be reprimanded for talking. - they preach quality but constantly push numbers over quality work. - 10 minutes of a 15 minutes break is spent walking to and from the break room. - the tools they provide are cheap, broken, and will always end up missing. - micromanaging at its best, or worst, and by managers who are among the worst I've seen in over 40 years in the workforce. - Favoritism... Friends of the manager get the easiest repairs so they can keep their numbers up and meet the quota.

1. Solid health care benefits. 2. Lots of great and talented people to work with. 3. This may be the right place for you if you are looking for stability.

Cons

1. No performance review so it's hard to reflect your hard work on your paycheck. 2. Everything seems to be urgent and lots of time the deadline is crazily short. 3. Developer is usually treated as overhead instead of asset in the company.
