Communication is almost non-existent. Can take a long time to hire you permanently. I worked in worse places, but not too many. They let you do the manager's work with all of the responsibility, but if you don't have a bachelor's degree they won't give you the job (salary, title). Even after you prove that you can do it.

Very hard to advance in this company, it seems only a select group are constantly given the opportunity for advancement over and over, people get promoted to positions that are never even posted.
