Poor 401K, family life does not matter, just work. No real plan for projects just random ideas from higher ups.

Pros

Like being overworked & stressed with very little reward then you found the perfect job.

Cons

-Little to zero opportunity for a career at CTDI. -Less than 20% of the employees there are hired on. -Majority of the workforce there will be temps with no chance of moving up the ladder. -The pay is lousy and doesn't compensate for the enormous amount of stress and physical pain you'll be put through. -Management has a hostile and apathetic attitude towards temps. -Ineffectual, inept and disrespectful management who will do nothing but push you to produce beyond your physical breaking point so they can get their bonuses.

They do provide good benefits.

Cons

This is a family run business and I do mean family RUN. If you aren't a Parsons, you already have 2 strikes against you. Senior management has no respect for IT. The infrastructure for such a large company is laughable. They see all IT employees as interchangeable and replaceable.
