Field office poorly managed, not fair treatment (ladies get breaks that guys wouldn't). Not good communication or training. Sent to do things untrained for and not given support when requested. Expected to be able to do things without any parameters for what success would be

I truly enjoyed my time working with CTL as a corporate marketing assistant. I had the opportunity to build my marketing career and learn marketing's Best Practices from the Director of Marketing and the Vice President.

Cons

The only thing I can think of is the lack of upward mobility due to the department heads being excellent at their job.
