CTL is a good company for self-motivated individuals. There are opportunity for pay raises and advancement if you are willing to take the initiative.

Cons

Job titles are not well defined which can occasionally lead to people not wanting to help with items they do not believe are their job.

-Highly technical engineering staff -Reasonable work/life balance -Opportunity to work on a large variety of projects -CTL emphasizes continuing education and mentorship

Cons

None of these are cons, but could be difficult depending on your personality: -Engineering projects typically have short schedules, so time management and organizational skills are paramount -Must be able to multi-task as you will be shifting between projects regularly
